Role Overview:
We are seeking a proficient LinkedIn Specialist to spearhead our social media presence on the LinkedIn platform. As a LinkedIn Specialist, you will enhance brand visibility, engage our audience, and drive business growth through captivating social media content explicitly tailored for LinkedIn. If you have not demonstrated skills and experience, this role is not for you. The key metrics you will be assessed on are different than a “lead generation” role.

Key Responsibilities:
Curate and maintain a consistent presence on LinkedIn for gigCMO Ltd. and our clients.
Craft compelling and tailored content, including articles, posts, and updates, to resonate with our LinkedIn audience.
Engage with new audiences and foster meaningful interactions to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Analyse LinkedIn performance metrics to glean insights and refine content strategies for optimal results.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate LinkedIn initiatives seamlessly with broader marketing strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and LinkedIn platform updates to implement innovative approaches.
Provide regular reports and actionable insights on LinkedIn performance to stakeholders.
Handle inquiries and feedback on LinkedIn promptly and professionally.
Continuously optimise LinkedIn profiles and content to maximise reach and impact.
Qualifications and Experience:
Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing LinkedIn accounts for businesses or clients.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Platform Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn’s platform features, tools, and best practices.
Content Creation: Proven experience in crafting and posting engaging LinkedIn content.
Analytical Skills: Demonstrable experience with LinkedIn metrics and analytics for performance tracking and improvement.
