We’re seeking a passionate and strategic individual to craft a dynamic LinkedIn strategy that elevates our founder’s personal brand as a thought leader and fuels the growth of our two businesses:
* A non-profit using music and fandom culture to champion youth mental health.
* A creative agency that celebrates the dreamers, misfits, and the “never have to grow up” spirit.

Our Founder is a passionate FilAm changemaker who is excited about making a positive impact on the world. She has worked successfully with freelancers, consultants, and creatives in the Philippines for several years now- including a VA for 5 years who she now holds the title of ‘Ninang’ for the VA’s daughter! She treats her team members like family, and extension of her own pamilya. Today, she is looking to take the next steps on LinkedIn, a platform where she had previously seen exponential growth – however, with a toddler now, in addition to a busy working life she had unfortunately dropped in her engagement and LI has not been prioritized.

* Content Genius: You’re a gifted writer who can craft compelling narratives, informative articles, and engaging social media posts that resonate with our target audience.
* Research Driven: You’re a whiz at staying ahead of the curve, researching best practices for LinkedIn optimization, and identifying optimal posting times.
* Engagement Expert: You’ll foster connections by actively engaging with comments, participating in industry discussions, and building a thriving online community.
* Organic Growth Champion: You understand the power of organic growth and are passionate about developing strategies to increase our founder’s visibility and drive traffic to our businesses.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth research to understand our founder’s brand voice, target audience, and industry trends.
* Develop a comprehensive LinkedIn strategy that aligns with business goals and personal brand objectives.
* Create a dynamic content calendar with a mix of engaging formats (articles, videos, images, etc.).
* Craft high-quality (Human centric) written content that resonates with the target audience and showcases thought leadership.
* Implement a data-driven posting schedule based on best practices for optimal reach and engagement.
* Actively participate in relevant online communities, industry discussions, and foster connections with potential clients and supporters to drive visibility and growth.
* Analyze performance metrics and use insights to continuously refine the strategy.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest LinkedIn features and content trends.

Bonus Points:
Experience working with non-profit organizations and/or creative agencies.
Experience using LinkedIn to drive lead generation
Experience in growing the personal brand of a professional or a company brand on LinkedIn
Familiarity with social media management tools and project management platforms.
