Job Description

I am seeking a highly skilled and results-driven LinkedIn Leads Generator and Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of generating high-quality leads that successfully convert into clients, along with a demonstrated ability to organically boost engagement on LinkedIn. Preferred candidates will have relevant experience within the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Strategically identify and engage with potential clients through LinkedIn, creating a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads for our real estate services.

Social Media Management: Develop and execute compelling content strategies to increase organic engagement, followers, and brand visibility across all social media platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.

Content Creation: Produce captivating and industry-relevant content that resonates with our target audience, generating interest and driving conversations.

Analytics and Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, optimizing strategies to ensure continuous improvement and maximum reach.

Requirements:

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating leads on LinkedIn, resulting in a strong conversion rate to clients.

Real Estate Industry Experience: Prior experience working within the real estate sector is highly preferred, as it offers valuable insights into the industry-specific audience and trends.

Organic Engagement Expertise: Proficient in increasing organic engagement and followers on LinkedIn through compelling content and audience targeting.

Creativity and Innovation: Possess a creative mindset to design unique and effective strategies for lead generation and social media growth.
