List Building and List Verification Specialist

Citara Systems is an IT Managed Services Company in Massachusetts, USA. We are looking for a List Building and List Verification Specialist to generate a contact/lead list for 150 targeted businesses every two weeks, for our marketing and sales team to prospect and generate new business from.

The position requires someone who is meticulous about making sure the lead list 95?curate before our team sends out mailing and performs follow-up calls to the list after it has been generated. This position also requires someone who is willing and able to make calls to the businesses on the list and confirm the information that has been generated by the various list building tools we give them access to. FLUENT ENGLISH IS A MUST!

The ideal candidate will work only for Citara Systems for 30 – 40 hours per week to generate the lead list and then verify the contacts on the list by making calls. List data MUST INCLUDE first name, last name, job title, company name, company phone number, email address, Contact’s LinkedIn profile URL, company street address, company city, state, and zip code.

The ideal candidate will be able to generate a list of companies and their contacts in various industries. These companies will have 20-150 employees at most and be located in the states of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.
Citara Systems will provide the industry types and will provide the tools necessary to acquire the leads we are looking for.

The online tools we provide will include Zoominfo, Click to view, access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Teams for making phone calls to verify company contact information. We will also provide list building instructions for using all of these tools along with phone scripts if necessary.

Work hours will be M – F between 8:00am EST to 5:00pm EST. An online interview is required and the ideal candidate will be willing to demonstrate their proficiency for the job by successfully cleaning and phone validating 15 leads for us before he/she is offered the position if asked to do so.
