About the role:

The Listing Creation Specialist will be integral to our team and will be responsible for creating and managing product listings across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and familiarity with business or accounting is a plus to ensure accuracy and efficiency in managing data.

This is a Full-Time Remote position. We are looking for candidates who are available to work in the US Eastern Time Zone, or at least a 50% overlap is required.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in a listing creation or data management role.
Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
Familiarity with business and accounting principles to ensure accurate data handling is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to create compelling and concise bullet points for product descriptions.
Experience with image editing software is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in e-commerce or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

Conduct in-depth data dives to gather and analyze relevant product information.
Create detailed and compelling bullet points for product listings to enhance visibility and sales.
Upload and manage product images to ensure they meet platform requirements and accurately represent the product.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all product information is accurate and up-to-date.
Utilize Excel to organize and manage large datasets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Perform regular audits of listings to ensure they comply with company and platform standards.
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize listings for better search ranking and customer engagement.
