Key Responsibilities:
In this remote role, the successful candidate will take charge of:
Onboarding new hotels, including setting up new accounts in our system, collecting all necessary information, and collaborating seamlessly with the content team to ensure onboarding timelines are met.
Executing quality control of hotel listings created through our system checklist, ensuring precision and accuracy.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Guiding Hotel clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient flow from start to finish.
Collecting missing information in accordance with the onboarding checklist.
Entering information with meticulous precision and attention.
Coordinating the revision and approval of listings with the hotel client.
Conducting thorough testing before activation.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
A background in the Hospitality industry or account management in the travel tech sector (e.g., Airbnb, Expedia, etc.).
Exceptional organizational skills and self-driven motivation.
Proficiency in English.
Knowledge of Asana, Salesforce, or Custom CRMs.
Strong business communication skills.
Impeccable attention to detail, an unwavering commitment to deadlines, and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
A dedicated home office setup with fast internet access, reliable devices, and backup options.
Experience in at least two of the following areas:
Working with platforms like Airbnb, Expedia, Booking, Amazon, or others for listings.
Any experience in secret shopping and other quality assurance services.
Client account management.
Travel-related copywriting.
Hotel industry experience.
New account setup.
