Join our dynamic team as a Live Chat Agent – Appointment Booking Specialist and play a key role in connecting with customers and booking phone appointments via text.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers through live chat platforms to provide information, answer inquiries, and address their needs promptly and professionally.
• Utilize your outstanding communication skills to establish rapport and build trust with customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout their interaction.
• Efficiently book phone appointments with customers, coordinating schedules and providing necessary details to ensure a smooth appointment process.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and appointment bookings for future reference and follow-up.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve overall business objectives.
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation are essential.
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a chat-based or text-based environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to provide effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate chat platforms and other software efficiently.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Availability to work during North American hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in appointment scheduling or booking roles.
Familiarity with CRM software or appointment booking systems.
