Job Description

We run a market research panel available in more than 40 countries, we are currently adding 40-50k new members monthly. Users sign up to take paid surveys.

Currently hiring for 4 member to cover the shift/s below:

1st Shift|
Shift Days: Monday – Friday
07:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM PHT)
Sunday – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT)
Days Off: Saturday

2nd Shift
Shift Days: Monday to Thursday, Saturday, Sunday
Shift Hrs.: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM EST (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM PHT)
Day Off: Friday

3rd Shift
Shift Days: Sunday – Friday
Shift Hrs. 1:00 PM to 8PM EST (1:00 AM to 8:00 AM PHT)
Day Off: Saturday

4th Shift
Shift Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (paid RDOT $5/hr), Friday, Saturday
Shift Hrs.: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT)
Shift Day: Sunday – 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST (8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PHT)
Days Off: Wednesday

Our support team has the following tasks
– Reply to support tickets
– Reply to users in our live chat

Requirements
– You need to have good English
– You need to have a stable internet connection
– You need to be available and focused at all times during your shift. Our customers expect prompt replies as it’s a live chat
– You must answer the test questions below or your application will be automatically screened.
– You must have experience in Customer Service (Chat & Email Support in any BPO is a plus)
