What are we looking for? ????
– Chatting on different online Accounts
– 6 Days a week (Monday off)
– 8 hour shift
– Starting from 10PM to 6AM (Philippines time)
– MOTIVATED People who are not afraid to talk / build conversations
– General understanding of communication / above average EQ
– General experience in selling (nice to have)
– A good laptop or computer setup (if you dont have a good technical setup / a slow laptop / computer please save your own time and dont apply.)
– A good internet connection, you will work online only and if you dont have a good wifi or constant power outages please again, save your time and dont apply.
What are your tasks? ????????
– Approaching different sorts of People from all around the world and buildup interesting conversations which should mostly lead to sells
– Build up Relationships aswell as having an organized overview about all the people
– keeping track of smaller things inside of the account
PAYMENT ????
The first two weeks are in full training mode. You will get taught EVERYTHING about Sales, Selling and EQ from real professionals, so you are then set to earn as much as possible.
After those two weeks, your paid phase will start.
You are going to get paid 2.00$ every hour (around 113 PHP per Hour / around 27,000 PHP Monthly)
After the first month you will also ADDITIONALLY recieve 2% comission of your earnings (sells for example).
If you are motivated and you make a lot of sells, out of experience you can easily make around 45,000 PHP Monthly.
