We’re looking for a Live Chat Support person to join our team and work remotely.
We are a retreat and teacher training marketplace () that connects people to authentic wellness experiences. We’re building bridges to yoga, helping people start the foundations of practice which will truly help them blossom in life.
Changing the way people go on vacation, one person at a time.
The Job Includes
* Answering Live Chats from prospective customers who are looking for retreats and teacher trainings.
* Being quick on your feet and handling numerous inquiries at once.
* Multitasking across our live chat platform, our CRM and reference articles to access the information needed to assist each customer.
* Concise communication with other branches of the support team.
* Learning and continuously studying yoga, wellness and other concepts in relation to the products we offer.
* Connecting to customers in a personal way. The chat flow is very natural and each one needs to sense the human being at the other end.
* Providing high-quality service to our customers with thought and passion.

Qualifications:
* Has knowledge of yoga, meditation, or wellness activities
* 3 years of Customer Support experience (Live Chat support a super plus)
* Experience with non-corporate companies e.g. start-ups / entrepreneurial.
* Always reliable and punctual. (On time and on the desk as expected)
* Can do shifting schedule (i.e. 2 shift coverage weekly like there are days morning and there are days on graveyard)
* Flexible in terms of tasks, schedule, and changes in the workflow or processes
* Fun to be virtually around. (speak/write positively on our communication tool)
* Very comfortable in spoken and written English. (English is almost the day-to-day means of communication.)
* High level of reading comprehension.
* Someone who can manage the pressure of a continually flowing workflow.
* Able to maintain focus and calm under pressure.
* Someone who cares about making a difference in the world and is excited about being a part of a mission to spread yoga and wellness.
* Someone who sees working for our company not just as a means to earn money but also as part of their purpose in life
BIG Plus
* Travel experience/tourism background/travel agency
* Passionate and/or experience with yoga, meditation, or wellness.
Job requirements:
* Available full-time. (not allowed to have side jobs during work schedule)
* Able to work to pre-agreed scheduled hours to cover US PST time zone peak hours. (hours will be shared across the team to have 24/7 coverage and may include daytime or nighttime shifts).
* We’re looking for reliable people who want to be with us for years 🙂
* Location can be anywhere in the Philippines but must have a proper/reliable internet connection as per the below tech requirements.
* Familiar with Google Chrome and its various applications.
Technical requirements:
* Laptop not older than 5 years
* Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 or equivalent (minimum)
* Installed RAM 8.00 GB (at least 4 GB usable)
* Windows 10 or higher
* Internet speed 50 MBPS minimum speed
