Title: Live Chat Technical Support Agent – Day Trading Software

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and technically savvy individual to join our team as a Live Chat Technical Support Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries and technical difficulties related to setting up and using our day-trading software. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth onboarding process for our clients and providing timely solutions to their technical challenges.

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and courteous assistance to clients via live chat, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues related to our day-trading software.
Guide clients through the setup and configuration process of the software, ensuring they have a clear understanding of its features and functionalities.
Troubleshoot technical problems reported by clients, utilizing your expertise to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Document and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.
Offer proactive solutions and recommendations to clients to optimize their experience with the software and improve their trading efficiency.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of the software, including updates, new features, and troubleshooting techniques, to provide accurate and up-to-date assistance to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer success, to relay client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support, exceeding their expectations, and fostering long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

MUST be able to write in English fluently.
Proven experience in technical support or customer service roles, particularly in software or IT support.
Strong understanding of day trading principles and experience with day-trading software (preferred).
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing clear, concise solutions to clients.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to non-technical users.
Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
