Designed with the sustainable fashion community in mind, Jamble fosters engagement, connection, and inspiration. We are a mobile-first platform, currently available on iOS.

We are seeking a skilled and committed Live Stream Content Reviewer & Moderator to join our growing team. In this role, you will help ensure our users have the best possible experience using Jamble by attending live stream sessions, assisting hosts, and providing feedback to enhance the overall quality of the live shows.

Responsibilities:

– Review content during live stream sessions on the Jamble platform.
– Provide guidance to Live Hosts with any issues or concerns, providing timely support.
– Review and monitor the overall quality of live shows, ensuring adherence to Jamble’s guidelines and standards.
– Suggest improvements and best practices to Live Hosts, helping them enhance the quality of their future sessions.

Requirements:

– 2+ years of experience in a customer support or content moderation role, preferably within an eCommerce or marketplace environment.
– Excellent written English communication skills, with a strong emphasis on grammar and spelling.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt quickly to changes.
– Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a focus on providing timely and effective resolutions.
– Own an iPhone mobile device with iOS 14.5+ – we’re only available for iPhone users, and it’s crucial that you have the App downloaded on your phone. Please state in the application message that you own an iPhone or it won’t be considered at all.
