Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Live Show Moderator to oversee, moderate, and evaluate our Jamble Live Shows during the specified hours. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and engagement of our live sessions, ensuring an exceptional experience for both sellers and viewers.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Live Shows: Actively watch live streams to ensure smooth operation and adherence to Jamble’s standards.
Moderate Interactions: Manage live chat, address viewer questions, and ensure a positive and engaging environment.
Evaluate Performance: Rate and provide detailed feedback on the performance of Live Sellers, focusing on presentation skills, audience engagement, and adherence to guidelines.
Report Issues: Identify and report technical or content-related issues in real-time to appropriate teams.
Assist with Training: Provide constructive feedback to help Live Sellers improve their performance.
Qualifications:
Experience in Live Streaming: Previous experience in moderating or managing live streams, with a solid understanding of live streaming tools and platforms.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with Live Sellers and viewers.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to accurately evaluate live show performances.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with various digital tools and platforms used for live streaming and reporting.
Flexible Schedule: Ability to work the specified hours.
