Job Description:
At Jamble, we are revolutionizing the secondhand fashion marketplace by empowering resellers with video and live streaming tools to sell more effectively while providing buyers with a unique and compelling experience. Our platform is designed for the sustainable fashion community to engage, connect, and inspire, and we are now seeking a passionate and dedicated Live Stream Content Reviewer & Moderator to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1. Assist in Jamble live stream sessions: Actively participate in live stream sessions, ensuring that the content is in line with our values, guidelines, and principles.
2. Support Live Hosts: Provide real-time assistance to Live Hosts, helping them with moderation and any other needs that arise during the session. Be their go-to person for any questions, concerns, or technical issues they may encounter.
3. Review the overall quality of Live Shows: Assess the content, presentation, and engagement of Live Shows, ensuring that they meet our high standards and adhere to our community guidelines.
4. Share feedback with the internal team: Collaborate with the internal team to provide constructive feedback on Live Shows, identifying areas of improvement and sharing insights to enhance the user experience.
5. Suggest improvements to Live Hosts: After each session, work closely with Live Hosts to provide tailored recommendations for how they can improve the quality of their future Live Shows.
Qualifications:
– Strong Fluency in English
– A passion for sustainable fashion, secondhand marketplace trends, and an understanding of the Jamble platform.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with Live Hosts and the internal team.
– Experience in content moderation, live streaming, or a related field is preferred.
– Cultural sensitivity and awareness of global/regional current affairs, with a focus on the sustainable fashion community.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in content quality and user experience.
– Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
– Experience using social media platforms, especially those focused on video and live streaming content.
Hiring Process
– 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably within an eCommerce or marketplace environment.
– Excellent written English communication skills with a strong emphasis on grammar and spelling.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt quickly to changes.
– Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a focus on providing timely and effective resolutions.
