Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Loan Officer / Underwriter to assist us in securing a Cup Loan for our startup. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing loans that are EIN ONLY and based on projected annual incomes.
Responsibilities:
Identify and secure loan programs suitable for the company’s financial projections.
Focus on acquiring the lowest possible APR for a 10-year loan term.
Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Prepare and present detailed loan proposals based on the company’s needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a loan officer or underwriter, particularly with startups.
Knowledge of EIN ONLY loan programs and ability to project income-based loan acquisition.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and financial planning abilities.

Annual Operation Costs: $157,525
Loan Amount Sought: $225,000
