We are seeking a part-time Loan Processor to join our team in the Philippines. The Loan Processor will be responsible for processing loan applications and ensuring that all necessary documents are properly completed and submitted in a timely manner.
NOTE – PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED WITH THE PLATFORMS WE NOTE BELOW AND WITHIN THE AUSTRALIAN LOAN PROCESSING ENVIRONMENT. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
WE ARE ALSO ABLE TO ACCOMODATE YOUR ROLE AS A SECOND JOB IF YOU ALREADY WORK AS WE ARE AWARE MANY IN THE INDUSTRY ARE NOT UTILISED AT FULL CAPACITY IN THEIR CURRENT ROLES.
We aggregate using Connective and the platform Nexus which is a core requirement to have had previous experience with.
Responsibilities:
– Process loan applications from start to finish and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
– Verify information on loan applications and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
– Conduct credit checks and other necessary research to evaluate loan applicants.
– Communicate with loan officers, borrowers, and other relevant parties to ensure that loan applications are processed efficiently.
– Prepare loan documents and coordinate with other departments to ensure that loan disbursements are made on time.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan applications and related information.
– Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
– Order Valuations
– Complete Servicing Calculators
– Complete Nexus funding positions, product comparisons and borrowing capacity calculators
– Complete client research for trusts, companies and complex lending and understand these sufficiently along with bank/lender policies to be able to provide guidance as to the suitable products for the clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in loan processing / credit analyst role with previous experience using Connective Mercury Nexus Software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
