Right now, we are looking for a Loan Processor Officer who can support them with the seamless operation of the business.

About the role:
-Loan Processing. Assist in the processing of mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with the mortgage broker to gather necessary documentation from clients.
-Email Management. Efficiently manage and organize email correspondence related to client inquiries, document submissions, and lender communications.
-Data Collection. Compile and organize financial data from clients to facilitate the mortgage application process.
Maintain an organized system for tracking and updating client information.
-Client Calls. Communicate with clients to gather additional information and provide updates on the status of their mortgage applications. You also have to ensure a high level of customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
-Administrative Tasks. Handle administrative duties, including managing bank details, processing forms, and maintaining accurate records.
-Loan Market System. Utilize the loan market system to input and track mortgage applications. Stay updated on the latest features and functionalities of the loan market system to enhance overall efficiency.

-We are looking for long-term VAs, so aside from the base rate, there will be a pay rise of Php1,000.00 quarterly.
-A day shift job in a work-from-home setting.
-Works Monday to Friday, 8 hrs. a day including lunch break.
