We are looking for someone detail-oriented to perform a broad range of functions in support of the business. In this position, you will need to be very efficient, motivated, great with people, computer savvy, and able to multitask.

We are managing a multitude of projects and you will be assisting with a wide range of tasks and seeking out opportunities in constant change. Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
– Answering and routing phone calls on in a backup capacity –inbound; outbound (collections) –15 to 20 calls; general in; loan inquiries; sometimes 5 or 6
– Answering and staying on top of a high volume of emails–Dropbox; Google
– Scanning emails for documents and saving them in the appropriate files
– Assist in managing our Loan Servicing Portfolio-loan software; web-based; mortgage software; Yardi for accounting; posting payments
– Research and Project Management
– Data input for each file into the custom-built CRM / loan software
– Managing leads and deal flow within the lending software
– Assisting the lending team with task management
– Processing servicing-related requests for loans in our portfolio with clients, title companies, and lenders
– Monitoring insurance and tax notices on active loan files
– Auditing and maintaining loan files for completeness
– Working with the accounting department to audit incoming/outgoing monthly payments and charges for accuracy
– Asana tool

– Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask when needed
– Follow-through is vitally important to this job
– Excellent communication, reading, writing skills, and customer service abilities
– Self-starter, motivated, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and follow-up
– Ability to work independently with minimum supervision while following operating processes
– Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining excellent quality standards

Qualifications:
– Good math skills and a growing understanding of mortgage lending and real estate terminology
– (1) Year lending related experience
– (1) Year of bookkeeping/accounting experience or knowledge
– Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint or their Gmail equivalents
– Proficiency with CRM Systems a plus but will train
– Cell Phone
