Our client is a growing Fintech lender in Australia that utilizes leading-edge technology that allows them to lend money faster to people in time of need. They have an expanding PH-based workforce that supports their business operations in Customer Acquisition, Services, Collections, Financial & Administrative core teams with great support from AU Senior Management.
With their growth, they are looking to hire more talents from Cebu with below qualifications:
CONSUMER LOANS ACQUISITION SR. ANALYST
Duties and Responsibilities
Drive analytics and customer contact to support customer selection and decision making (In the process of approving loans for new and existing customers, using a proprietary credit review process)
Perform due diligence and short note-taking on new customers, forming a recommendation for the underwriting / final decision-making team.
Working with management to develop into a subject matter expert for Credit Selection and loan portfolio performance analysis.
Be familiar with the loan management software and the interrelated CRM software (Fresh works – email, chat, phone)
Manage inbound and outbound customer call/email activity to ensure prompt, swift responses and help the acquisition team effort stay balanced.
Develop into a trainer and developer of new team members, and with the potential to be a Team Leader
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Financial Engineering or other quantitative field with 3+ years of experience in Credit Risk / Financial Industry.
Experience and interest in working remotely and improving systems and reporting to help the company become stronger and support senior management decision-making.
Strong command of oral and written English communication (ideally with Australian, phone-based customer service experience).
Ideally have strong experience in a combination of Credit, Customer Acquisition & Service / Call Centre team management and/or Financial Services, Retail, Risk Selection
Exceptional attention to detail
Superb organizational and time-management skills
