Stratus Financial, LLC is currently seeking a talented individual to lead our loan servicing department and ensure the smooth management of our loan portfolio. As a Loan Servicing/Collections Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of loan servicing operations within our organization.

You will lead a team of dedicated loan servicing professionals and collaborate closely with various departments to ensure efficient and accurate loan processing, payment posting, and customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise a team of loan servicing specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement efficient loan servicing processes, policies, and procedures to optimize workflow and enhance customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and guidelines related to loan servicing activities.
• Oversee loan payment processing and accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including loan officers, underwriters, and servicing teams, to resolve customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates.
• Monitor loan servicing performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes pertaining to loan servicing and incorporate them into the department’s operations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, growth, and employee engagement.
Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in loan servicing within the banking or financial industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of loan servicing practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in using loan servicing software and systems.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST
