Position Overview:
We seek a dedicated Local Business Review Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating authentic and engaging review copy for various local businesses and publishing these reviews on various platforms, primarily Google. The ideal candidate will have a flair for writing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to portray the customer experience compellingly.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Generate original, clear, and persuasive review copy for a diverse range of local businesses, including but not limited to restaurants, retail stores, and service providers.
Understand and capture the unique aspects of each business, translating the customer experience into engaging reviews.
Ensure that all written content is free from grammatical errors and adheres to our quality standards.
Review Publication:
Log in to various Google accounts to publish reviews on Google My Business listings and other relevant platforms.
Schedule and manage the timing of review postings to maximize visibility and impact.
Monitor published reviews for responses or feedback, escalating any issues as necessary.
Compliance and Ethics:
Maintain the highest ethical standards in writing and posting reviews, ensuring authenticity and honesty in all content created.
Stay updated with the latest guidelines and policies related to review postings on different platforms, particularly Google.
Ensure all activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
Proficiency in managing multiple Google accounts and familiarity with Google My Business.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A basic understanding of SEO principles and online marketing strategies is a plus but unnecessary.
