Job Summary:
As the Facebook Ads Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Facebook ad campaigns to drive phone calls for a local glass replacement shop in Manitoba, Canada. You will work independently to develop and execute innovative strategies that will help us achieve our business goals. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facebook Ads Manager to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, develop, and execute Facebook ad campaigns that align with our business goals and target audience
– Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
– Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective landing pages, ad creative, and other marketing assets
– Manage budgets and provide daily reporting (M-F) to the marketing team and company leadership
– Stay up-to-date with Facebook ad policies and best practices and ensure all campaigns are compliant
Qualifications:
– 1+ years of experience managing Facebook ad campaigns, including budgeting and optimization
– In-depth knowledge of Facebook ad targeting, ad formats, and audience insights
– Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
– Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
– Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging marketing trends and technologies
