JOB DESCRIPTION
Consistently build high quality backlinks to local lead generation websites.
Track all backlinks in a spreadsheet.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
Audit our sites for on-page and off-page SEO
Compare to local competition to determine an action plan for backlink development.
Consistently link to our sites with high-quality backlinks from niche-specific sites.
Track the backlinks for each site in a spreadsheet.
Perform keyword research to determine new markets to enter.
REQUIRED TECHINCAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must know various SEO strategies
Must be familiar with or willing to learn tools such as Mangools, Google KW Planner, Airtable, Sheets
Experience is a plus, references are even better
Interview process will require demonstrations of SEO knowledge
Must be willing to use Slack for work communications.
SOFT SKILLS
Must be willing to submit a simple daily check-in form
Must be open to constructive feedback
Willingness to make recommendations for best course of action is a plus
Looking for someone with the confidence to execute backlinking development with consistency
DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience with WordPress and Elementor is a plus
Copywriting will be beneficial
Familiarity and willingness to use A.I. to produce content
Willingness to learn other technical skills related to SEO Analysis
SAMPLE OF THE SITES TO BE DEVELOPED
WORK SCHEDULE AND HOLIDAYS
Work schedule can be flexible as long as work is produced and weekly hours are met
INITIAL SALARY
$280 per month ($7/hr for approximately 10 hours per week)
Initial pay based on performance during interview process
Performance bonuses are offered occasionally
This position will begin as part-time but has the potential to scale into full-time work
WORK DURATION
The initial probationary period will be for 2 months
There is potential for this work to extend indefinitely/permanently based on performance
CAREER POTENTIAL
Although this job currently only offers 10 hours per week, good performance will open opportunities to accrue more hours
Pay increases available based on performance
Training will be provided for other skills if desired
