Role Description
This is a full-time role for a SEO Expert.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, providing an excellent customer service experience, define the project goals and help achieveing those .
Responsibilities:
In your daily work, you should expect to deal with the following tasks:
1. Conduct market, keyword, and competitor research to identify effective SEO strategies for different industries and locations.
2. Define the structure of customers’ website and decide on relevant pages to promote.
3. Generate Local SEO optimized content for each website using AI LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
4. Amend the customers’ Google Business Profile to increase impressions and drive conversions.
5. Conduct regular customers’ SEO progress reports.
6. Interacting with customer to collect questionnaire and graphics of their business and finally hand off the marketing assets.
7. Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless preparation of marketing assets for the company’s customers.
8. Stay updated on the latest developments in SEO and adapt strategies accordingly.
Important information
The company is located in Israel.
The works hours should be in accordance with US time (21:00-05:00 Philippines time).
Qualifications
1. 4+ years of expirience as SEO manager.
2. 3+ years expirience in Local SEO for a US client base.
3. Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, etc.
4. Knowledge of LLMs, such as ChatGPT 4, Gemini, Claude.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer objections.
7. A positive and resilient attitude.
