Job Description
The Local SEO Specialist’s primary objective is to enhance the local search visibility and online reputation of our clients’ businesses. This involves setting up, managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting Google Business Profile (GBP) listings, managing local citations, and utilizing BrightLocal tools to provide data-driven recommendations and actions.
Qualifications:
-Ability to fully understand various industries and immerse in the specific nature of each business to tailor local SEO strategies effectively.
-At least 2 years of experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Business Profiles, directory listings, and knowledge panels.
-Proficiency in using BrightLocal, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools and software.
-Proven track record in achieving and maintaining top positions in Google Maps.
-Solid understanding of SEO best practices, specifically white hat techniques.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
-Initiative to provide recommendations to improve local rankings based on industry-specific insights.
-Problem-solving skills and experience in team management.
-Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and changes in the SEO landscape.
Our work schedule is from Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Philippine time. We use Hubstaff to time track work hours and monitor productivity output.
We have paid leaves, holiday pay, performance bonus, 13th month pay and team training and development.
