Local SEO Video Keywords & Semrush Specialist (Remote)

We’re looking for a talented and results-oriented Local SEO Video Keywords & Semrush Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this exciting full-time remote position, you’ll play a key role in optimizing our online presence and driving targeted traffic to our website.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth keyword research using Semrush and other SEO tools to identify high-volume, low-competition keywords relevant to our local market.
Analyze competitor SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement a content calendar focused on creating high-quality video content optimized for local SEO.
Script and manage the production of video content that is informative, engaging, and targets our ideal audience.
Optimize website content (meta descriptions, title tags, etc.) and landing pages for local SEO best practices.
Track and analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and Semrush to measure campaign effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date on the latest local SEO trends and algorithms.
Generate reports and recommendations to improve our overall SEO strategy.
Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive online presence.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in SEO or a related field.
Proven experience with keyword research tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Strong understanding of local SEO best practices and ranking factors.
Excellent video production skills (scripting, storyboarding, basic editing).
A passion for video content creation and storytelling.
The ability to write clear, concise, and SEO-friendly content.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Bonus points:

Experience with on-page SEO optimization techniques.
Experience with Google My Business listings and local citations.
Knowledge of social media marketing and video promotion strategies.
