Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients, including small, medium-sized businesses, and enterprises.
• Schedule and secure appointments with key decision-makers.
• Present and promote our recruitment services to potential clients.
• Identify and understand client needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the recruitment industry.
• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently make cold calls and effectively pitch services to potential clients.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses and enterprises.
• Familiarity with the UK recruitment market and trends.
• Previous experience in a recruitment or staffing agency is a plus.
