Job Description

Our company is looking for a highly motivated individual with responsibility for innovating and executing exciting new growth opportunities for our end-to-end supply chains. In this highly visible and critical role, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist who has good analytical acumen to translate that vision into an executable plan. This person will work extensively with our Amazon infrastructure teams, product management teams, and customers to help grow the business.

Your main responsibilities:

–The ideal candidate must have the ability to clearly communicate and explain end-to-end supply chains (inputs, outputs, rationale, and gaps) and recommendations to senior management.
–Perform day-to-day logistics activities to support business operations.
–Provides inventory analysis and management to ensure a high level of accuracy, optimum stock level and high fulfillment %.
–Establish and document processes and procedures.
–Drive improvement initiatives.

What makes you perfect for the role:

–At least 2-3 years of experience with supply chain and/or logistics management
–Prior experience with Amazon is required
–Demonstrable competency in organizational and analytical skills
–Excellent verbal communication skills
–Excellent writing skills
–Advanced knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
–Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
–Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to meet deadlines
–Strong attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
–Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
–Able to drive improvement initiatives
–Understand in import and export work
–Skilled in project management
–Good knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies
–Must be amenable to work from US EST business hours
