Logistics and Client Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Supply Chain Specialist to join our team! This role requires an individual with experience in e-commerce, logistics and warehouse operations, and excellent communication skills. As a liaison between our warehouse, customers, and/or couriers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of our logistics operations. You would be responsible for supporting BHT’s day-to-day operations by managing orders to the warehouse and managing a majority of the interactions between the warehouse and the end-customers. Under general supervision, this position is responsible for processing orders, releasing work to warehouse, and ensuring customer service are within acceptable levels.

Position Details:

– We are an Australian business and operate mostly in AEST. You will be able to work during Philippine business hours if you prefer.
– All Philippine team members receive 13th month, 2 weeks paid leave, and may observe local national holidays.
– We are very remote and prefer to work asynchronously. We don’t like too many meetings!

Essential duties & responsibilities related to this position function include, but are not limited, to the following:

Coordinate and manage order processing and fulfilment within our warehouse facilities.
Secure optimum freight cost for customer shipment requirement
Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure accurate order processing.
Communicate effectively with B2B and B2C customers to address inquiries, provide order updates, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Collaborate closely with vendor/service providers to arrange shipments, track deliveries, and ensure timely transportation of goods.
Act as a bridge between our warehouse and customers for pick up, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
Monitor and optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to shipments, inventory, and customer interactions.
Monitor and record all transactions for review and billing validations
Proactively identify areas for improvement in logistics procedures and implement solutions to enhance operations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in logistics coordination, customer service, and warehouse operations.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and e-commerce platforms.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers, warehouse staff, and/or couriers effectively.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills to address logistics challenges.
Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for record-keeping and reporting.
Adept at building and maintaining relationships with customers, couriers, and internal teams.
Strong organizational skills to ensure smooth coordination of supply chain/logistics processes.
Highly detail-oriented
Skilled at prioritizing and time management, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
