We are looking for a new addition to our Assistant Account Managers Team. Experienced in the US ground freight brokerage market, white glove and expedited services. This will be for a full time position Mondays to Fridays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (9:00 PM -6:00 AM PHT) .

Job Role:
– Assist Account Manager in running regular accounts
– Deal via Email and phone with shippers and consignees, customers, carriers, white glove service providers
-Effectively dispatch, source and negotiate rates with freight carriers and clients.
-Handle issues and changes on loads for customers. Work with carriers to resolve.
-Coordinate with different carriers regarding shipment requests and questions
-Email customers for shipment updates
– Build loads in the TMS
Job Requirements:
-Excellent spoken and written English
-Fast learner and someone who can easily adapt
-Can work under pressure
-Ability to MULTI-TASK in a FAST-PACED environment, including phone and email support.
-Skilled in using MS Windows & MS Office, Google products and other computer-based applications. Willing and able to learn the software we use to fulfill the needs of the position.
-At least 10Mbps internet Connection
-Desktop Computer Running Windows 10 with at least 8GB of RAM. We need someone who has a dual monitor PC setup.
Pay starts at 4 USD and will increase depending on performance. Payment is via bank transfer twice a month.

Prior logistics experience is required.
