Logistics Coordinator/Operations

We are looking for operations staff who are able to assist with operating and maintaining incoming business from top to bottom.

STRONGLY PREFERED Mandarin/Cantonese speaking applicants to communicate and liaison with our Chinese business partners and customers.

This Job requires communication with our customer base to understand their needs and develop strategies to enhance revenue growth and service offerings using our available tools and modes of service.

-Sell freight procured by the sales team to existing and potential carrier partners through outbound calls, leveraging technology, and utilizing relationships.
-Focus on the coverage side of the business by ensuring adequate freight coverage and achieving volume and margin goals.
-Ensuring carriers meet our requirements and expectations for delivery time, updates, tracking, and document coordination.
-Take ownership of volume and Margin goals for assigned accounts and actively work towards achieving them.
-Liaise between clients and internal team members, identifying and resolving customer and carrier issues.
-Most importantly, serve as a problem solver, offering solutions to meet client requirements and resolve any challenges that may arise.

Requirements:
-Excellent written and spoken English.
-Microsoft Office Suite experience.
-Advanced computer application learning and navigation skills.
-Proficient in using technology and software applications relevant to logistics.
-Stable Internet Connection (Preferably two providers for back up)

Experience is strongly preferred but not required:
-in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
-in 3PL industry, customer service, or account management.

Compensation will be based on experience and Skills but we strive to take care of our operations staff as they are the backbone of our company.
– Starting salary $750-$850 USD per month based on experience and fit
– Two weeks per year PTO
– Commission incentives after 90 days which can easily increase base salary by $200-$300 per month.
– Standard 2 percent salary raise per year.
