Logistics Data Analyst (Permanent WFH)

Your days will be filled with:
– Being the key point of contact for managing the operational workflow of our Air Zone-skip service
– Monitoring of daily shipments from outbound to induction by carrier until delivery for the service to ensure end-end product oversight
– Ensuring daily shipments have been dropped off at the carrier’s facility before the daily cut-off time
– Tracking to ensure the shipments have been inducted by the carriers on the same day as per processes established
– Capturing information on flight timings to the respective destination airports
– Ensuring shipments have been handed off to the last-mile carriers from the destination airports within the designated pick-up time
– Ensuring transit time SLAs are being maintained by all carriers and informing the management of SLA breaches by carriers
– Doing random audits to ensure quality of service in terms of delivery timeline and trackability is being maintained
– Communicate daily with Carriers to follow up on any process or SLA breaches
– Communicate with the Management to report on overall carrier performance from an operational standpoint.
– Communicate across functions to highlight potential delays and SLA breaches
– Document findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations for process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
– 2+ years of proven experience with data analysis, data modeling, data presentation
Data Analyst / Technical Consultant / Data Scientist
– Strong skills with Excel: formulas, pivots, macros, VBA, Tableau
– Good background in terms of documenting business requirements for technical projects
– Experience with Celigo and Netsuite will be a plus
– Experience with Shopify and online marketplaces is an asset
