Job Description:

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Logistics & Inventory Administrator to support the Head of Logistics in performing logistics, inventory management, and updating Excel reports. There will likely be some data inputting to do for a time but, in the medium term this will become automated.

If you prove capable in this role, then many of the logistics and inventory management responsibilities being performed by your line manager will be handed to you. This leads to the chance of both promotion and pay increases.

We will help you pick up new skills within Amazon (the world leading e-commerce store) which will improve your general life skills and grow your own skill set.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
– Assist Head of Logistics and Inventory
– Logistics: Book shipments; liaise with factory; monitor and investigate issues
– Reconcile shipments on arrival, in firm warehouses and online platform warehouses
– Inventory: Record and process returns; ensure enough stock is held at factory, warehouse and online platform warehouse; monitor for increased stock requirements; assist line manager with future stock order planning requirements
– Create weekly inventory reports (highlight and investigate discrepancies)
– Ad Hoc tasks: It is likely there will be some data inputting for a period of time
– Work 8 hours a day – 5 days a week

Sargoby has been trading profitably for 5 years and sells across 3 continents and 12 countries.
We are currently expanding to a further 2 new countries and planning to open into other 2 countries later this year. This will take us into a new continent.

ABOUT THE COMPANY:
– Sargoby Limited was founded in 2018
– We manufacture products under our own brand and sell them online on Amazon in USA, Canada, EU and Australia
– We are expanding quickly, so you will be joining a growing company
– Working hours are flexible. We use Worksnaps to track your hours which means that you can fix your own timetable and work whichever hours suit you, whether this be morning, afternoon, evening, night or a combination of all of them. As long as you do your 40 hours per week, we are happy to let you decide on your own hours
– This is a long-term position, where training will be provided and if you perform and show desire to learn will lead into taking increased responsibility (with associated pay rises and promotions)

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
– We will pay you daily for the 1st week, weekly for the next 7 weeks and then bi-weekly after that
– You are paid on the 10th and 24th of the month to make sure that your pay hits your account on the 14th and 31st of each month so that you don’t have to wait to receive your pay
– We pay bonuses for great work and results
– We pay 13th Month Bonus
– We give pay increases based on performance
– We give you 1 personal day which you can use as sick day or vacation day for every month you work for us (12 days per year)
– We give you all UK Bank Holidays as paid holidays (8 days a year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Early May bank holiday, Spring bank holiday, Summer bank holiday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day)
