Job Description

Key Responsibility of the Role:
Maintain all SKUs in-stock on Amazon and be the main point of contact for Suppliers, Forwarders, and Amazon Logistics.

Intro / About Us:

We are looking for a Hero Inventory Manager to ensure our growing e-commerce business stays in stock on all products – 365 days a year. Our USA-based company is a growing brand with 95% of our sales on the Amazon platform. We are in the gardening category and have currently 18 skus. Many of our products are kits comprising of different components that are sourced from different suppliers. The kitting is done by the 3PL company.

All current and future employees work remotely and independently. We just make sure to check our Emails, and Whattsap.

We are looking to hire someone starting at $6 USD / hr, approximately 10 hours per week – or $300 / month plus a quarterly bonus equivalent to an extra $400 a year.

Job Responsibilities:

? Track orders, shipments, deliveries, and stock levels at 3PL, Amazon and our seed packers.
? Manage supplies and create sales forecast and estimation of supplies
? Create Amazon FBA shipments in the Amazon Seller Central platform & provide relevant box/pallet labels to suppliers/forwarders.
? Ensure all products are labelled with the correct FNSKU stickers, transparency stickers, & box labels.
? Maintain and provide Proof of Purchase / Proof of Delivery when required.
? Meet Inventory KPIs (1-2 month stock cover at Amazon and 3PL)
? Holding factories accountable for their manufacturing deadlines
? Holding 3PL responsible for correct inventory level.
? Understanding factories production capabilities and lead times
? Working with freight forwarder holding them responsible for delivery deadlines.
? Recommend and work with alternative forwarders when required.
? Create or use an existing, effective inventory management strategy
? Communicating weekly on sales updates and inventory updates

Who are you:

? Experience working with 3PL services is highly preferred
? Must have current or prior experience managing inventory for an e-commerce
company (Preferably Amazon private label)
? Someone who is already deeply involved in inventory management
? Experience in using Google Suite, Amazon Seller Central
? Knowledge of production capabilities, sales and supply trend
? Experience working with freight forwarders and various suppliers
? Excellent English proficiency both in writing and speaking
? Ability to work remotely and possess his/her own laptop with a
high-speed connection.
? Highly analytical and a problem solver
? Takes initiative and a problem solver.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Strong attention to detail and achievement-oriented
? Highly proficient in using Google Sheets.
