Logistics & Inventory VA Coordinator

Logistics & Inventory VA Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Provides restock planning and control by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing trends for multiple Amazon stores.
• Creates sales orders and delivery orders In Odoo for restock plan weekly
• Creates and manages Amazon FBA Shipments based on weekly restock plan using Shipmentmakerpro software
• Uploads shipment documentation to Google Workspace and links to Odoo
• Coordinates with vendors (Customs and Delivery) for incoming international shipments
• Maintains the shipping and receiving schedules
• Reviews open and closed shipments to complete shipment reconciliations
• Collaborates and communicates with Warehouse Coordinator and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Logistics & Inventory VA Coordinator Qualifications/Skills:

• Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
• Ability to conduct detailed procedures
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency
• Able to work independently and within a diverse team

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Previous experience in logistics, shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, inventory management, and import operations
• Experience in processing shipments using software equivalent to Ship station
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Sheets
• Basic database understanding
• Knowledge or understanding of Amazon FBA Shipments a plus

Willing to work Full time Monday to Friday 11pm to 8am PH Time.
