We are looking for someone to manage our order progress operations of all Customers.
Some of the responsibilities:
– Managing a daily schedule of load orders and their progress for specific customers
– Understanding and learning how to identify loads having issues due to lateness, lack of tracking, etc.
– Paying close attention to detail to make sure all documents are received by a carrier as required and in the time urgency we need
– Responding and giving updates to management and customers on the status of their loads
– Answering phone calls and calling drivers to get status updates

– Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets
– Organization and resourcefulness: This is crucial. For instance, we need to make sure we are tracking all loads so that the date we provide to our customers is accurate
– Strong English communication skills: Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing. Communicating with others is a very important part of the job
– Reliable internet connection: Please provide a photo showing your internet speed of 200 Mbps for both uploading and downloading.
– Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM EST Mon-Fri
– Salary: $600 / month. Paid weekly at $138.46 per week.
