Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Logo and Brand Identity Designer to help us develop a unique, sophisticated, and memorable brand logo for Rêvasser, our luxury fashion brand. The ideal candidate should understand the brand’s ethos, translate our core values into visual design, and create a minimalist, chic, and authentic logo design that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand the brand’s mission, philosophy, and audience to design a logo that aligns with these elements.
2. Develop initial logo concepts based on our brief, and refine the chosen design through iterations.
3. Ensure the logo’s scalability and adaptability across various mediums, from clothing tags to digital platforms.
4. Maintain a consistent visual identity throughout all branding efforts.
5. Collaborate with our team throughout the design process to ensure that the logo truly reflects our brand.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in logo design and brand identity.
2. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and iconography.
3. Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
4. Ability to work with a minimalist color palette and still create a distinctive, memorable design that effectively communicates the brand’s values.
5. Knowledge of current design trends, particularly in the luxury fashion sector, without losing sight of timeless and classic aesthetics.
6. A portfolio demonstrating the ability to create sophisticated, elegant, and minimalist logo designs.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively understand and translate the brand’s ethos into visual design.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in designing for fashion or luxury brands.
2. Understanding of and affinity with the values of authenticity, individualism, and subtle rebellion.
3. Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.
4. Creativity and innovative thinking in using design elements to convey the brand’s story and values.
