I am a small home builder & real estate broker. I started a YouTube channel for my real estate business but ran out of time. I have a lot of ideas to do videos but do not have the time to edit them. I may or may not do real estate videos but would like to do some videos about building. I have been using Davinci Resolve and would be open to Final Cut Pro as well.
I also need to freshen up two websites and keep them maintained. I would like to also work on SEO for both of them.
I need to modernize my logo and possibly come up with a couple other logos as well.

Solid understanding of video editing and SEO optimization
Solid understanding of WordPress
