Long-form and Short-form Video Editor

I need an Experienced Video Editor for our big business. The ideal candidate can produce a high-quality Long-form Video of Talking Head and Faceless Video, the candidate can be able to produce high-quality Short-form Video of YT Shorts and Reels (preferably Ali Abdaal style).

Responsibilities:

– Edit a variety of video content, including YouTube long-form videos, YT Shorts, Reels, TikToks and Ads
– Adobe Premiere Pro or other software that have the same qualities to edit and refine video footage that i demand
– Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
– Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in video editing
– Utilize animation capabilities to enhance videos as needed (preferably)

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a video editor of 3 years, with a strong portfolio
– Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Passion for video editing and a desire to continuously improve and learn new techniques
– Self-sufficient and independent worker, able to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion
