Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Long-Form Documentary Editor to join our remote creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for storytelling, a heart for faith-based narratives, and the technical skills to weave interviews and b-roll into coherent and captivating stories that engage and inspire our audience. Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with directors and producers to understand the vision and narrative goals of each project.
* Edit long-form documentary content, ensuring it aligns with the project’s thematic undertones.
* Craft compelling narratives from raw footage, including interviews, b-roll, and archival material.
* Provide creative input on the structure and pacing of documentaries to maximize emotional impact and viewer engagement.
* Ensure the final product meets the highest standards of quality and is in line with our faith-based values and message.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in editing long-form documentaries.
* Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
* Strong storytelling skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas and emotions through video.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to take feedback and contribute ideas.
* Passion for faith-based content and a commitment to creating media that makes a positive impact.
