Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing:
– Review, edit, and assemble video footage in conjunction with podcast audio to produce engaging long-form podcast videos.
– Incorporate creative visual elements, graphics, and animations that complement the audio content.
– Ensure consistency in visual style, pacing, and quality across episodes.

2. Collaboration:
– Attend production meetings to provide input and feedback on episode structure and visual content.

3. Post-Production:
– Color correct and grade footage to achieve a consistent look and mood across episodes.
– Collaborate with the audio team to synchronize visuals with enhanced audio, ensuring a cohesive viewing experience.

4. Quality Control:
– Conduct final reviews of edited videos to identify and address any visual or audio discrepancies prior to publication.
– Ensure all content adheres to the company’s branding and quality standards.

5. Archiving and Organization:
– Keep video files, graphics, and project folders systematically organized.
– Archive raw and edited materials following company protocols.

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 experience in video editing, preferably in long-form content.
– Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
– Strong understanding of video dynamics, color grading, and visual storytelling techniques.
– Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Passionate about podcasting and visual storytelling.
