Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Video Editor with a cinematic eye to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in editing long-form video content, a keen sense of visual storytelling, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines. This is a remote position based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

– Edit long-form video content (10+ minutes) to create compelling, high-quality videos for our real estate investment projects.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and requirements.
– Utilize a cinematic approach to video editing, enhancing the visual storytelling of our content.
– Perform color grading, sound design, and other post-production tasks to ensure a polished final product.
– Manage and organize video files and assets efficiently.
– Provide creative input and suggestions to improve video content.
– Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent style.
– Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Video Editor, specifically with long-form content.
– Strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and cinematic approach.
– Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
– Excellent understanding of video formats, codecs, and best practices for online video platforms.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Reliable internet connection and necessary equipment for remote work.
– Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience in real estate or related industries.
– Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and video optimization for different channels.
