Are you passionate about transforming raw footage into captivating stories? We are currently seeking a talented Long-Form YouTube Video Editor to join our team. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in editing real estate videos, and the ability to create compelling PDF lead magnets that attract and engage audiences. “Make sure to read the application task”
Key Responsibilities:
* Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting on our YouTube channel. The material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects.
* Design and develop PDF lead magnets to complement our video content, enhancing viewer engagement and lead generation.
* Collaborate closely with our marketing team to align video content with our broader marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in video editing with a portfolio of work to showcase, preferably in real estate video production.
* Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
* Experience in creating PDF lead magnets.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Bonus Skills (Not required but advantageous):
* Knowledge of email marketing and administrative tasks related to real estate, such as automation tools like ManyChat, Zapier, and forms management
