Are you passionate about transforming raw footage into captivating stories? We are currently seeking a talented Long-Form YouTube Video Editor to join our team. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in editing real estate videos, and the ability to create compelling PDF lead magnets that attract and engage audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting on our YouTube channel. The material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects.
* Design and develop PDF lead magnets to complement our video content, enhancing viewer engagement and lead generation.
* Collaborate closely with our marketing team to align video content with our broader marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in video editing with a portfolio of work to showcase, preferably in real estate video production.
* Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
* Experience in creating PDF lead magnets.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Bonus Skills (Not required but advantageous):
* Knowledge of email marketing and administrative tasks related to real estate, such as automation tools like ManyChat, Zapier, and forms management.
