Middle America Homes is a real estate solutions company based in Fort Wayne, IN. We wholesale real estate in the Midwestern United States. We are looking for someone to fill a gap in our company in our sales department.
As a sales development representative, your primary role will be to call seller leads that are provided to you and ask them what we call vetting questions. If a seller lead is determined to be vetted, the lead will need to be handed off to our senior sales team. This requires high communication skills, as you must effectively connect with sellers and understand their problems. Proficiency in English is also required to excel in this role.

Pay Structure:
Once hired, pay starts at PHP 250/hr(USD 4.5/hr) and goes up to $7+/hr based on prior experience and your performance abilty upon entering the position with commissions over 85000 PHP(USD 1500). The minimum commission is PHP 5600(USD 100). This position will not be stagnant and will have many growth opportunities.
Other team members have been promoted and made upwards of PHP 1400000 (USD $25,000+/yr). We expect our highest-performing Philippines team members to make over PHP 2800000 (USD $50,000) this year.
