Long Term Creative Assistant Position – Graphics/Formatting/Canva/PowerPoint, etc.

Hi there! I am looking for a long-term creative assistant for my publishing business.

Job Description:
– Creating/formatting book covers in Canva
– Creating/formatting branded graphics in Canva
– Possible book cover creation for a new puzzle book brand (depends on how skilled you are with illustration)
– Misc. other creative/editorial tasks!
*Note: to be clear, there will be a lot of repetitive work, such as copy & pasting graphics, organizing page layouts, and adjusting details on our book manuscripts. It is a creative position, and you do get to play around with finding graphics and working inside of a brand guide, but it is not a job where you will be actively designing very much, if at all. Wanted to make sure you know before we get started!*

Job Requirements:
– Skilled in English
– Fluent in Canva
– Strong creative eye
– Can follow detailed instructions
– High attention to detail
– Honest
– Hard-working
– Willing to learn

If you have a design portfolio of visuals/branding you’ve done, please attach your work.

As for instructions, almost everything you will need to do will be clearly explained to you using training videos/written instructions I have created myself. There will be a job structure to help you know what to do, and I also like to give creative freedom for you to problem solve on your own. Less micromanaging that way 🙂
