We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our digital marketing team and play a crucial role in growing our company.

Job Role:

As the Digital Marketing Specialist at Sherwood Digital, you will be responsible for overseeing the digital marketing strategies and campaigns for our clients in the medical field. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with their business objectives. Your expertise in Google Ads, Analytics, Social Media Marketing, SEO, and startup experience will be instrumental in driving the success of our client’s online presence while contributing to the growth of our agency.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for our clients in the medical industry, including but not limited to Google Ads, social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and website optimization.
– Lead and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality execution of campaigns and deliverables.
– Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, target audience, and competitive landscape, translating this information into effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
– Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search campaigns for maximum visibility and conversion.
– Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement to clients and internal stakeholders.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly within the medical industry, and proactively propose innovative strategies to enhance our clients’ online presence.
– Manage and optimize clients’ social media accounts, creating engaging content, and monitoring community engagement and feedback.
– Collaborate with our design and content teams to create compelling visual and written content for digital marketing campaigns.
– Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
– Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in digital marketing operations, implementing tools and workflows to streamline workflows and maximize productivity.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency or relevant industry, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector.
-Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, and website optimization.
– Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and achieve measurable results.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.
– Startup experience is highly desirable, as the role requires adaptability, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
– Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
– Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey digital marketing strategies and results to clients and internal stakeholders.
– High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously within deadlines.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
– Availability to work during the US time zone (8 AM – 5 PM PST) is required.
