Long-Term Experienced Web Developer Needed

We are seeking an honest, trustworthy, and highly experienced web developer to join our team for a long-term position. This role involves working on a variety of web development projects, maintaining our existing infrastructure, and continuously improving our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WordPress, WooCommerce, and related web technologies, as well as a passion for e-commerce and data analytics.

Responsibilities:

– Implement and maintain visual and functional projects, including new product pages and custom functionalities.
– Transform Webflow projects into website pages using current or new technologies and frameworks.
– Research, suggest, and implement new technologies and platforms to enhance performance and stability.
– Conduct regular security check-ups to prevent attacks and downtime.
– Analyze and extract data to help increase retail sales and achieve the company’s goals.
– Run A/B experiments to test different versions of new project implementations.
– Utilize and maintain plugins and/or third-party services.
Monitor order flow and site visibility to take timely measures in case of issues.
– Communicate effectively with colleagues to achieve optimal results for new projects and resolve emerging issues.

Technologies:

– 5+ years of experience with advanced skills in WordPress and WooCommerce (PHP, MySQL).
– Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Tailwind CSS and Vanilla JS).
– Familiarity with design tools like Webflow.
– Experience with Cloudflare for CDN and caching.
– Knowledge of Cloudinary for image and video management.
– Experience with Klaviyo for email marketing.
– Proficiency in GA4 for data-driven insights.
