Quality Assurance Manager
You will be required to:
– Learn our Amazon PPC optimisation processes through our documented SOPs (standard operating procedures)
– Quality check the PPC optimisations of our agency workers to ensure that they have correctly implemented our SOPs
– Work closely with the CEO to understand and enforce PPC optimisation initiatives within the agency
– Communicate with team members (through direct messages) and tell them when they have performed a task wrong, and how to fix it.
– Confirm tasks have been completed, correctly, by agency members
– Review Amazon PPC optimisation work completed via bulk files
– Report back to the CEO about the general performance of agency members
You will be able to work at your own pace and on your own hours, so long as you get the work done – you will be working 15-25 hours a week depending on your proficiency with the job.

We need your help with our fast-growing Amazon PPC agency – we are a UK company that serves clients around the world to help with their Amazon PPC advertising. It will be your role to ensure that Amazon PPC optimisation work carried out by agency team members has properly adhered to our SOPs.
As Quality Assurance Manager, your role is critical and requires you to have an in-depth knowledge of Amazon PPC, be conscientious and highly diligent and have a willingness to ensure that work has been done as it should – you will be given authority over our agency workers, many of whom have multi-year experience with Amazon PPC, so you must be very confident in your understanding and application of our SOPs.
You will also work closely with the CEO and so must have a good command of the English language and be reliable, loyal, hard-working, and a trustworthy person
