We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company that specializes in bidet toilet seat products. We are currently a team of 9. with 3 full time BPO workers in the Philippines already.
THE JOB:
Provide exceptional customer service to inbound inquiries via phone, email and live chats. Maybe 15-25 calls per day for each rep. Email volume is anywhere from 30-60 emails per day, split between the whole team. Live chat volume varies, maybe 20-40 inquiries per day split between the whole team.
BONUS – if you have order processing experience with Shopify, Shipstation, Amazon FBA, dropshipping
Your mission is to:
Become an expert on our product line
Handle customer service inquiries via phone, email and live chat
Be able to teach and explain the intricacies of our products to customers
Sell.
Interface w/ vendors via email and phone to handle customer and product issues
REQUIREMENTS
– Excellent written and verbal English
– Minimum 50 WPM Typing Speed- Please send screenshot of testing results from /
– Professional demeanor in dealing with customers.
– Able to research topics and answer product related questions appropriately.
– Highly independent with a go-getter attitude.
– Highly organized.
– Able to self motivate / self teach yourself on all product knowledge.
– Timeliness. Must answer all emails within a 24hr period.
– PC literate and tech savvy.
– Close attention to detail.
– Document processes for hand-off with minimal confusion.
– “Can-do” personality who wants to learn and grow.
– Daily check-in.
– Stable and Fast Internet Connection- Please run speed test on and a screenshot of result.
– Must have access to a webcam and microphone for training and weekly meetings
– Able to work full time 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.
– Able to work during our West Coast US business hours – 9AM – 5PM Pacific Standard Time
